HOLY FIRE: Great Lakes
The producers of the nation's largest Catholic youth event, NCYC, invite young people in grades 6-8 to a one-day experience of dynamic speakers, music, and the sacrament of the Eucharist like they have never before experienced. At Holy Fire, young people will be invited and challenged to embrace their baptismal call and embrace the relevant and powerful gospel of Jesus.

A few notes for group leaders:
Lunch Options – There are options for lunch in the area who will take pre-paid group orders and have them delivered to the university on Sunday but it will be up to each group leader to contact the vendor and pre-pay for the meals. The Holy Fire organizers are populating a list of potential vendors and information will be made available on the Great Lakes website. We will also pass along any information we receive
T-shirts – In the coming weeks, Holy Fire Great Lakes t-shirts will be available to order. There is also an option to have the backs personalized with a parish or school name.
Hotels – If you are making arrangements to travel to Holy Fire separately (not on one of the AoC buses) and are thinking of staying overnight on Saturday in Bowling Green, because of the big football game on Saturday, there is “no room at the inn” in Bowling Green (Sunday should be ok). The Holy Fire organizers have found accommodations about 20 minutes away at the Holiday Inn Express in Perrysburg.
