Every other year, Catholic young people and their chaperones—youth ministers, campus ministers, parents, catechists, priests, coaches, and scout leaders—come together to pray, learn, and grow in their faith. In addition to opportunities to receive the sacraments of the Eucharist and penance, NCYC participants attend general and breakout sessions on topics relevant to living as a disciple of Christ in today's world, visit with organizations that provide resources and other support to youth and youth ministry, spend time in personal and communal prayer, and engage in service to others.
Who: NCYC is open to the graduating classes of 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023
When: November 21- November 23, 2019
Where: Indianapolis, Indiana
Our Accommodations: Renaissance Indianapolis North Hotel
How much: Pricing, while not drastically different, does change slightly based off when individuals commit to coming with your group and register online with their deposit. Here are the cutoff dates and the price differentials for each:
September 13th - This is the last day to register individuals under the regular price window which has a total cost of $470/person ($100 online deposit + $370 remaining balance).
After September 13th - This opens the late registration period and has a total cost of $490/person. Additionally, late registrations must be approved by both the group leader and diocesan staff due to logistic concerns such as housing and transportation ($100 online deposit + $390 remaining balance).
This cost covers the conference registration fee, housing, continental breakfast at the hotel (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday mornings), transportation (via charter bus), and Flying Pig hat. The cost is the same for youth and adult chaperones.
Meals: Cost does not cover lunch and dinner during the conference. Lunch and dinner options each day will be discussed with you by your group leader before the conference.
